The sleep hygiene program includes a Sleep Matters Turndown kit with herbal tea, a cushioned sleep mask, and Sleep Tip cards. Guests can also choose from sleep-promoting items on the Sleep Matters menu, including a white noise machine, weighted blankets, and a selection of pillows.
